Hiring: Investment Banking Manager (Buy‑Side & Sell‑Side) | Location: Mumbai | Experience: 3+ Years

We are looking for a dynamic and results‑driven Investment Banking Manager to lead end‑to‑end transactions across buy‑side and sell‑side mandates, with a strong focus on the startup ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and execute startup investment opportunities
• Conduct market research, financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence
• Lead fundraising and M&A mandates for startups
• Prepare investor‑facing materials including pitch decks, teasers, IMs, and financial models
• Build and maintain relationships with VC Funds, Family Offices, Angel Networks, and Strategic Investors
• Drive investor discussions, negotiations, and successful deal closures
• Manage the complete transaction lifecycle from origination to closure
• Coordinate due diligence, documentation, and stakeholder management
• Mentor analysts and associates while ensuring high‑quality execution

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Startup Fundraising, or M&A
• Strong exposure to startup investing and fundraising transactions
• Proven track record of working with VCs, Family Offices, and Strategic Investors
• Expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and deal execution
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong network within the startup and investor ecosystem
