Job Title: Credit Manager / Analyst

Vertical: Wholesale Banking

Sectors: Infrastructure, Structured Finance Group (SFG), SME

Job Role:

• Analyze Structured Finance deals, perform Credit Analysis & Cash Flow Analysis, and evaluate Financial Risk and Risk Assessment.
• Prepare Credit Appraisal Notes (CRANs) for Large Corporate clients.
• Engage with business teams to discuss Terms & Conditions for risk assessments.
• Interact with customers to gather required information for CRAN preparation.
• Monitor accounts in line with the terms stipulated by the Sanctioning Authority.
• Prepare Monthly/Quarterly Monitoring Reports for the assigned portfolio.
• Identify and escalate non-compliances with an appropriate action plan.
• Conduct site visits and submit inspection reports.
• Address and manage escalations related to risk assessments.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: Prior experience in Structured Finance/Credit Underwriting for Large Corporates.
• Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Excel for Financial Model preparation.
• Sector Expertise: Experience in Project Finance and/or Infrastructure sector credit analysis preferred (not mandatory).
• Qualifications: CA/MBA/CFA.
• Soft Skills: Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
