Job Description – Credit Analyst1.Responsible for evaluating real estate projects and assessing borrower creditworthiness.2.Conduct financial, legal, technical, and corporate due diligence for investment opportunities.3.Structure debt transactions and negotiate commercial terms with developers and stakeholders.4.Analyze project feasibility, financial models, and repayment capabilities.5.Coordinate with internal teams, legal advisors, technical consultants, and external partners for transaction execution.6.Prepare investment committee notes, risk assessment reports, and sanction documents.7.Monitor loan portfolios and ensure compliance with approved covenants and terms.8.Support strategic capital deployment decisions and maintain stakeholder relationships.9.Ensure timely documentation, approvals, and execution of transactions.10.Maintain high standards of accuracy, risk management, and professional communication.
1.Review financial statements, feasibility reports, bank statements, property papers, and credit reports.2.Conduct detailed credit analysis and assess financial health of borrowers and projects.3.Structure debt deals, prepare term sheets, and negotiate commercial terms with developers.4.Coordinate and manage legal, technical, financial, corporate, and forensic due diligence processes.5.Identify potential credit risks and recommend mitigation strategies to minimize exposure.6.Prepare financial models, investment committee presentations, and internal approval notes.7.Coordinate end-to-end documentation including sanction letters and security documents.8.Monitor existing loan portfolios and track financial performance of borrowers/security providers.9.Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory requirements.10.Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, lenders, and internal stakeholders.
