Job summary

The Sleep Company is seeking an experienced Associate Director - Inventory Management to lead, standardize, and scale inventory operations across our national warehouse network in Bengaluru. You will drive accuracy, governance, audits and process excellence for FG, RM, SFG and serialized inventory.

You will own 100% system adherence across SAP HANA and WMS, lead cycle counts and stock audits, and build a high-performing team across multiple locations while publishing MIS dashboards for

Qualifications

• MBA or graduate degree in supply chain, operations, logistics or a related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations or supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory management across all warehouse locations.
• Own inventory accuracy, shrinkage control, and variance management.
• Drive GRN, Putaway, Bin Management, Stock Transfers, Picking, Dispatch, Returns, RTV and Inventory Adjustments.
• Ensure 100% system adherence across SAP HANA and WMS.
• Lead Cycle Counts, Stock Counts and Wall-to-Wall Audits.
• Drive inventory optimization through DOI, ageing and stock turn monitoring.
• Lead SAP/WMS enhancements, inventory automation and process redesign.
• Implement 5S, warehouse discipline and inventory governance.
• Build and lead a high-performing inventory team across multiple locations.
• Publish daily, weekly and monthly MIS and dashboards for leadership reviews.
