• Update gold rates on the ERP system daily.
• Follow up on logistics partner delivery statuses.

Inventory & Stock Control

Inventory Management

• Timely tag follows up and pass the entry for bill purpose
• In transit logistic goods follow up
• Virtual goods movement transfers and documentation as per statutory
• Stock movement and Stock acceptance
• Gold Rate Control in ERP

Responsibilities

• Stock Movement – Central check point to keep track of movement of all D2H stock
• Generates required documents for product transfer from any D2H location/hub to other PMJ location
• Keeps track of all inward pending at PMJ locations, verifies receipt of product on email
• Generates voucher on Synergic to do the inwardo Market Rates
• Updates gold rate on Synergic every day
• In case of any advance order booking – edits gold rate on Synergic at the time of billing
• In transit Follow up
• Checks for any delays in inward process at locations (wrt delivery status of product from logistics partner)
• Reminds and follows up with respective location to get the inward process done
