Khetika is seeking an experienced Inventory Finance professional to oversee inventory transactions, reconciliation, valuation, and month-end closing. You will coordinate with Warehouse, Operations, and Finance teams, using Zoho ERP to ensure accurate inventory records and reporting.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in inventory MIS, and proficiency in Excel. Collaboration across finance and supply chain is essential for timely replenishment and controls.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 10-15 years of relevant experience OR Post-Graduate with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of inventory accounting, reconciliation, and stock valuation.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Zoho.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory transactions and reconciliation with warehouse records.
• Post and verify stock movements and adjustments in Zoho.
• Prepare inventory ageing, stock variance and obsolescence reports.
• Coordinate FG replenishment and PM replenishment forecasts based on projections.
• Ensure month-end closing is completed with accurate inventory valuation.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Finance professional to oversee inventory transactions, stock reconciliation, inventory controls, valuation, month-end closing, reporting, and replenishment forecasting. The ideal candidate should have strong financial and analytical skills, hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Zoho, and the ability to coordinate effectively with Warehouse, Operations, and Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Transactions
• Review pending stock issue transactions and clear transactions pending posting in Zoho.
• Review inventory transactions requiring manual intervention.
• Record packing consumption and pass entries in Zoho.
• Reconcile inventory in Zoho with warehouse records.
• Investigate stock variances and pass necessary adjustment entries.
• Reconcile the inventory sub-ledger with the General Ledger (GL).
• Review negative stock items, blocked stock, and quality-hold inventory.
• Monitor high-value inventory movements.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
• Review slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory.
• Evaluate inventory write-off and write-down requirements.
• Ensure all inventory transactions are posted before month-end closing.
• Review inventory adjustment entries.
• Complete inventory reconciliation in coordination with the Finance team.
• Prepare inventory ageing reports.
• Prepare stock variance reports.
• Generate slow-moving and obsolete inventory reports.
• Coordinate Finished Goods (FG) replenishment as per projections.
• Monitor Packaging Material (PM) replenishment requirements based on forecasts.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Strong knowledge of inventory accounting, reconciliation, and stock valuation.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Zoho.
• Knowledge of General Ledger reconciliation and month-end closing processes.
