Qualifications

• Graduate in any stream.

• 2+ years of experience in hospital/institutional storekeeping.
• Knowledge of ERP/inventory systems, stock control, and expiry management.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming items (medicines, equipment, consumables, and general goods).
• Store materials systematically, ensuring safety, labelling, FIFO/FEFO, and proper conditions.
• Issue supplies to user departments based on approved requisitions.
• Maintain accurate stock records (ERP/manual) and prepare consumption reports.
• Monitor stock levels, expiry, and raise replenishment requests.
• Support audits and regulatory compliance (NABH/JCI).
• Ensure hygiene, security, and proper disposal of obsolete/expired items.

The role supports clinical and non-clinical departments with timely supplies while maintaining proper records, stock levels, and compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
