We are looking for an Inventory Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience in the gold, jewellery, bullion, or precious metals industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing, tracking, verifying, and reconciling inventory of gold jewellery, coins, bullion, and other precious metal products.

Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Manage day-to-day inventory of gold jewellery, coins, bullion, and other precious metal products.
- Stock Movement & Records: Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, transfers, issues, dispatches, and other inventory movements.
- Physical Stock Verification: Conduct physical stock verification and ensure that physical inventory matches system records.
- Inventory Reconciliation: Conduct regular stock counts and inventory reconciliations and identify any discrepancies or variances.
- Discrepancy Investigation: Investigate inventory discrepancies, variances, shortages, or excesses and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with QC, Procurement, Sales, Operations, Finance, and other relevant teams for inventory-related activities.
- Stock Documentation & Storage: Ensure proper tagging, documentation, storage, handling, and movement of high-value precious metal inventory.
- Inventory Reporting & Audits: Maintain accurate inventory reports and support internal/external stock audits and reconciliation activities.
- Inventory Control & Security: Ensure adherence to inventory control processes, SOPs, documentation requirements, and security protocols for high-value inventory.
Required Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Inventory/Stock Management within the gold, jewellery, bullion, or precious metals industry.
- Good knowledge of gold jewellery, coins, bullion, purity, karatage, weight, and basic valuation concepts.
- Hands-on experience in physical stock verification, stock counting, and inventory reconciliation.
- Strong attention to detail with good numerical accuracy and ability to identify stock discrepancies.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and experience working with Inventory/ERP systems.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate inventory records, reports, and supporting documentation.
- Ability to handle sensitive and high-value inventory with confidentiality, accuracy, responsibility, and integrity.
