Job summary

PMJ Gems and Jewellers Pvt Ltd in Bangalore is seeking an Inventory Management Associate for a full-time permanent role. This position involves tracking stock movement, generating documentation for product transfers, and updating inventory records using ERP software.

Ideal candidates should have strong coordination and communication skills, alongside basic ERP and Excel knowledge. The role also requires attention to detail and the ability to work onsite effectively.

Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in inventory management or retail is a plus.
• Familiarity with basic ERP systems and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Track movement of all D2H stock.
• Generate documents for product transfers between locations.
• Verify product receipts via email.
• Document inward transactions on Synergic.
• Update gold rate daily on Synergic.
• Follow up on delivery status from logistics partners.
• Assist in completing the inward process for deliveries.
• Control gold rates within ERP.

Responsibilities

• Stock Movement – Central check point to keep track of movement of all D2H stock.
• Generate required documents for product transfer from any D2H location/hub to other PMJ location.
• Keep track of all inward pending at PMJ locations and verify receipt of product via email.
• Generate voucher on Synergic to document inward for market rates.
• Update gold rate on Synergic every day.
• In case of any advance order booking, edit gold rate on Synergic at time of billing.
• In transit follow up – check for any delays in inward process at locations (wrt delivery status from logistics partner).
• Remind and follow up with respective location to complete inward process.
• Gold Rate Control in ERP.
