Job summary

Eat Better Co. Jaipur invites applications for a Warehouse Accounts & Inventory Executive to oversee warehouse accounting, inventory records, stock verification, and related documentation.

The role requires hands-on knowledge of Tally, regular stock counts, GRN, RTO, and reconciliation to ensure accurate stock and financial records; you will collaborate with warehouse and accounts teams to support month-end reporting.

Qualifications

• We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Accounts & Inventory Executive to manage warehouse accounting, inventory records, stock verification, and related documentation.
• The candidate should have practical knowledge of Tally, inventory counting, RTO, GRN, physical stock verification, and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and physical stock verification.
• Perform stock reconciliation and identify inventory discrepancies.
• Handle and maintain records related to GRN (Goods Receipt Note).
• Track and reconcile RTO (Return to Origin) inventory.
• Record warehouse-related transactions in Tally.
• Maintain inward and outward stock records.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and accounts teams for inventory-related issues.
• Prepare inventory and stock reports as required.
• Ensure proper documentation and accuracy of warehouse accounts.
• Assist in month-end stock reconciliation and reporting.
