Job summary

Randstad India is seeking an Inventory Accountant to support the inventory accounting process and month-end activities. The role includes ensuring accurate Blackline reconciliations for inventory and COGS accounts, reconciling shipments, and performing Oracle checks to ensure accuracy.

You will also prepare inventory/COGS entries and generate reports on inventory, COGS, and Deferred COGS, followed by monthly Flux analysis to monitor variances and trends.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory accounting processes and month/quarter end activities.
• Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the inventory accounting process.
• Support the month and quarter end processes related to inventory.
• Ensure accurate reconciliation in Blackline for inventory/COGS accounts.
• Reconcile shipment quantities.
• Run checks in Oracle for inventory transactions to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare entries related to inventory/COGS.
• Prepare reports on inventory and COGS including Deferred COGS.
• Conduct Monthly Flux analysis.
