Job summary

YourStory presents TechSparks, India’s flagship startup and technology conference. As a TechSparks Intern, you’ll collaborate with the marketing and events team to gain hands-on experience in executing one of India’s most influential startup conferences, while engaging with leading founders and business leaders.

You’ll gain practical exposure in event marketing, stakeholder management, and large-scale event execution, with mentorship from YourStory professionals and a paid internship incentive

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor's or Master's degree.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to founders, CXOs, startup leaders, investors and enterprise professionals via calls and WhatsApp.
• Invite and onboard attendees for TechSparks 2026.
• Build relationships with prospective attendees and answer queries professionally.
• Coordinate with attendees throughout the event lifecycle.
• Maintain outreach trackers, CRM records and registration databases.
• Support marketing campaigns and attendee engagement initiatives.
• Assist with pre-event planning and on-ground event execution.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Events teams to ensure a seamless experience.

About TechSparks

TechSparks is India's flagship startup and technology conference by YourStory. Every year, it brings together 3,000+ founders, investors, enterprise leaders, policymakers, innovators, and changemakers to shape the future of technology and entrepreneurship.

As a TechSparks Intern, you'll work closely with the marketing and events team, gaining hands-on experience in executing one of India's most influential startup conferences while interacting with some of the country's leading founders and business leaders.

What You'll Be Doing

• Reach out to founders, CXOs, startup leaders, investors, and enterprise professionals through calls, and WhatsApp.


• Invite and onboard attendees for TechSparks 2026.


• Build relationships with prospective attendees and answer their queries professionally.


• Coordinate with attendees throughout the event lifecycle.


• Maintain outreach trackers, CRM records, and registration databases.


• Support marketing campaigns and attendee engagement initiatives.


• Assist with pre-event planning and on-ground event execution.


• Work closely with the Marketing, Events teams to ensure a seamless event experience.

• Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office.


• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree.


• Previous experience in marketing, business development, customer success, sales, events, or campus leadership is an added advantage.


• Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, technology, or the innovation ecosystem.
