Webvio Technologies in Kolkata seeks an energetic International BPO Sales executive with excellent English and 1 year of experience in international processes. You will handle inbound voice interactions during US shifts and work on achieving customer satisfaction.

You will receive 30 days paid training, an attractive incentive plan, and a roster-based shift with fixed US hours. Prior experience in travel sales or BPO is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage customer queries and provide solutions.

Job description:

Need candidates with Excellent English communication skills.

Candidates hould have minimum 1 yr experience in International BPO Sales Process.

Working days: 24 working days in a month , 2 paid leaves, 1 birthday Leave .

Shifts: US shift (Inbound Voice) Fixed shift with Roster off

Salary : 25K to 32K

Incentive : Up to 4 lacs in a month (Average incentive 10 k to 50k in a month ) apart from salary

Training : 30 days paid training.
