Annova Solutions in Indore is seeking an International Voice Process- Process Executive to support US-based clients. You will perform record retrieval calls, research information accuracy, and document case progress with professional notes.

The role requires willingness to work US shifts, strong communication, and attention to detail, with a preference for candidates with US healthcare voice background and a commitment of at least 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Call US record keeping offices for facilitation of record retrieval.
