• Following up on outstanding insurance claims: AR Callers are responsible for contacting insurance companies to check the status of outstanding claims and ensure timely reimbursements. 1
• Resolving payment discrepancies: They investigate and resolve denied claims and identify reasons for non-payment, negotiating with insurance representatives to maximize reimbursement. 1
• Coordinating with medical billing teams: AR Callers work with medical billing teams to resolve payment discrepancies and ensure accurate claim submission. 1
• Documenting all interactions: They update patient accounts and document all interactions with insurance companies in the billing system. 1
• Staying informed about insurance policies: AR Callers maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies, coverage, and billing procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy. 1
