Job summary

AGS Health is seeking a Process Associate/Sr Process Associate for international voice process (AR calling) in Chennai. You will contact US insurance providers on behalf of physicians to follow up on outstanding AR and apply RCM knowledge.

The role requires 1+ year in AR calling, with readiness for night shifts and strong communication skills. Immediate joining is preferred, with transport support available.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in AR calling.
• Experience in denial management for physician/hospital billing.
• Comfortable working night shifts.
• Good communication skills.
• Immediate joining available.

Responsibilities

• Call US insurance companies on behalf of doctors and follow up on outstanding AR.
• Maintain basic knowledge of the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• Analyze AR data to identify reasons for pending claims and top denial reasons.

Job Title: Process Associate/Sr Process Associate

Job Role: Physician Billing/Hospital Billing

• Responsible for calling US Insurance companies on behalf of doctors/physicians and follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable.
• Should have basic knowledge of the entire RCM (Revenue Cycle Management)
• Perform analysis of accounts receivable data and understand the reasons for pending claims in AR and top denial reasons
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Ar caller

Process: International Voice Process - AR Calling

Qualification: Any Intermediate

Rounds of Interviews

• 1. HR screening
• 2. Online Assessment Test
• 3. Operational/Technical Round

Shift Timing: 5.30 PM to 2.30 AM

Transport: Two-way transport available based on boundary limits.
