Job summary

AM Infoweb in India seeks a candidate for an international voice process role working on PST nights, from 9 pm to 6 am, with on-site work.

You will mediate between insurance companies or law firms and hospitals, tracking medical reports of discharged patients to meet client deadlines; incentives up to 10K plus fixed US shift off on weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in international voice process.
• Gaps of up to 6 months may be considered.

Responsibilities

Roles and Responsiblity:

Act as a mediator between insurance company or law firms and hospitals, doctors, clinics, medical facilities. Do a follow-up on medical reports of patients who have been discharged from the mentioned medical institutes. The main aim is to get the medical facility reports within the time frame mentioned by the client.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidate should be ok for PST shift time(9pm to 6am)
• Excellent Communication Skills
• WFH is not appreciate.
• Minimum 1 year of experience into international voice process.
• Only 6 months of gap will be considerable not more than that
