Job summary

AM Infoweb, Kalyani Nagar, Pune, invites applications for a Case Processing Executive to handle voice process operations. You will mediate between insurance companies, law firms and hospitals and track medical reports to meet client deadlines.

Ideal candidates are fresh graduates with excellent English communication, ready for night shifts. WFH is not appreciated; work location is on-site in Pune with fixed US shift and weekend offs.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Ensure medical facility reports are collected within the time frame specified by the client.

Role & responsibilities Act as a mediator between insurance company's/law firms and hospitals, doctors, clinics medical facilities. Do a follow-up on medical reports of patients who have been discharged from the mentioned medical institutes. The main aim is to get the medical facility reports within the time frame mentioned by the client.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
