AM Infoweb in India is hiring for a voice process executive to mediate between insurance companies, law firms, and medical facilities. You will follow up on medical reports for discharged patients and aim to obtain facility reports within the client's specified timeframe.

WFH is not appreciated; requires 1 year international voice process experience and a maximum 3-month gap. The role is fixed US shift with weekend offs and overtime pay.

Job description

Act as a mediator between insurance company's/law firms and hospitals, doctors, clinics medical facilities. Do a follow-up on medical reports of patients who have been discharged from the mentioned medical institutes. The main aim is to get the medical facility reports within the time frame mentioned by the client.
