Job summary

AM Infoweb in Pune invites applications for a voice process role. You will act as a mediator between insurance companies, law firms and hospitals, and follow up on medical reports of discharged patients to obtain reports within the client deadlines.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of international voice process experience and excellent communication skills. Undergraduates may apply with experience; WFH is not appreciated; work location is Kalyani Nagar, Pune with a fixed US shift and

Responsibilities

• Act as a mediator between insurance companies/law firms and hospitals/medical facilities.
• Follow up on medical reports of patients who have been discharged from the mentioned medical institutes.
• Ensure reports are received within the time frame specified by the client.

The main aim is to get the medical facility reports within the time frame mentioned by the client.
