Job summary

AM Infoweb in India is seeking experienced professionals to act as a mediator between insurers, law firms and medical facilities. You will follow up on discharge reports and secure facility documents within client timelines.

The role requires minimum 1 year of international voice process experience, excellent communication, and availability for a fixed US shift; on-site work is expected with no WFH arrangement.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Undergraduates may apply only if they have at least 1 year of experience.
• Work from home is not appreciated.
• At least 1 year of experience in international voice process.
• Only 3 months of gaps will be considered; more than that will not be acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Act as a mediator between insurance/law firms and hospitals and doctors.
• Follow up on medical reports of patients discharged from medical institutes.
• Ensure medical facility reports are obtained within the time frame specified by the client.

Do a follow-up on medical reports of patients who have been discharged from the mentioned medical institutes. The main aim is to get the medical facility reports within the time frame mentioned by the client.
