Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in international relations, higher education, or global partnerships.
• Experience in managing international collaborations, institutional partnerships, and cross-cultural programs.
• Experience in negotiating and managing MoUs, exchange agreements, and strategic partnerships.
• Masters degree in International Relations, Management, Education, or a related discipline.
• A doctoral degree or relevant professional certification will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, networking, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills are essential.
• Ability to work effectively across cultures and manage multiple international projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with academic schools, departments, and administrative teams to execute global initiatives.
• Develop strategies to enhance the university international reputation, visibility, and rankings.
• Monitor global higher-education trends and identify opportunities for international growth.

Job Summary:

The Global Engagement Head will provide strategic leadership for the university's internationalization and global engagement initiatives.
