Job summary

upGrad Global Study Partners (GSP) is hiring an International Student Recruitment Manager in Mumbai to drive growth across international markets by identifying, onboarding, and scaling recruitment partners. You will collaborate with local and global teams to bring high-quality student enrolments for our Global Student Program.

You will build and maintain a compliant partner network, conduct performance reviews, and provide counselling guidance and application reviews to partners and students,

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in international student recruitment, overseas education, or B2B education partnerships.
• Experience managing recruitment partners or agent networks.
• Strong grasp of admissions processes, compliance, and visa rules.
• Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Willing to travel across Maharashtra and other assigned regions.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

You’ll drive growth across international markets by identifying, onboarding, and scaling Recruitment Partners (RPs). You’ll work with local and global teams to bring in high-quality student enrolments for upGrad’s Global Student Program.

What You’ll Do

Partner Onboarding
