Job summary

upGrad Global Study Partners (GSP) in Amritsar, on-site, is seeking an International Student Recruitment Manager to drive growth across overseas markets by identifying and onboarding recruitment partners and education consultants.

You will manage partner performance, guide counselling and application reviews, ensure compliant communication with students, and coordinate with Admissions, Compliance, and Operations. Travel across regions is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in international student recruitment or related fields.
• Experience managing recruitment partners or agent networks.
• Strong knowledge of admissions processes, compliance, and visa rules.
• Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven role.
• Willing to travel across Maharashtra and other regions.

Role Overview

You'll drive growth across international markets by identifying, onboarding, and scaling Recruitment Partners (RPs). You'll work with local and global teams to bring in high-quality student enrolments for upGrad's Global Student Program.

What You’ll Do

Partner Onboarding

• Identify and onboard new recruitment partners and education consultants
• Vet partners through due diligence and documentation checks
• Build a compliant, high-performing partner network

Relationship Management

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing partners
• Run regular performance reviews and training sessions
• Track partner-led recruitment pipelines

Partner & Student Support

• Help partners with counselling guidance and application reviews
• Ensure accurate, compliant communication with students
• Coordinate with Admissions, Compliance, and Operations
• Resolve partner and application escalations

What We’re Looking For
