KALINGAEURO is seeking an International Student Counsellor to guide students and parents through study-abroad opportunities, admissions, scholarships, and visa processes. You will conduct personalized counseling sessions and help with course selection and documentation.

Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years of relevant experience, strong English communication, and comfort presenting in front of groups. This role involves seminars and active student engagement in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience as an International Student Counsellor or in a similar role.
• Basic to good knowledge of international universities, admissions, and visa processes.
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to speak confidently on camera and participate in seminars, webinars, and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on study-abroad opportunities, admissions, scholarships, and visa processes.
• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to understand student goals and suggest suitable pathways.
• Recommend programs and institutions based on student profiles and preferences.
• Assist students through the complete application process, including SOP/LOR guidance and visa documentation.
• Handle queries professionally and build strong relationships with students and families.
• Participate in seminars, webinars, and workshops.
