Job summary

Bloomchem AG is seeking a commercially driven international sales leader to build and scale global business from Noida (Noida, Uttar Pradesh). The role focuses on Europe and international markets, requiring proven experience in international/export sales and strong B2B capabilities.

Candidates should have a track record in handling European markets, excellent negotiation and relationship skills, and willingness to relocate to Noida if required.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Science or Engineering.
• Experience in International Sales / Export Sales / International Business Development.
• Experience handling European markets and other international markets.
• Strong commercial negotiation, market development and customer relationship skills.
• Understanding of international logistics, export documentation and chemical transportation.
• Willing to relocate to Noida and have excellent verbal and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage international sales strategies for Europe and other regions.
• Negotiate with customers and close key deals across international markets.
• Coordinate export documentation, logistics, and compliance.
• Expand market presence and build long-term customer relationships.

• Proven experience in International Sales / Export Sales / International Business Development.
• Strong B2B sales experience in specialty chemicals, industrial chemicals, raw materials or allied industries.
• Proven experience handling European and other international markets.
• Strong commercial negotiation, market development and customer relationship skills.
• Understanding of international logistics, chemical transportation and export documentation.
• Candidates with European/Asian market exposure and relevant language capabilities are encouraged to apply.
• Candidate must be from Noida or willing to relocate to Noida Location.
• Candidate must have excellent verbal and written skills.
