Job summary

Achyutam International is seeking a Financial Controller to oversee financial accounting, reporting, controls, budgeting and compliance for its engineering/MEP projects. Qualifications

• CA qualification is mandatory.
• 5+ years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience in MEP, Engineering, EPC, Construction or related project-based industries preferred.
• Strong background in financial accounting, reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and controls.
• Knowledge of project accounting and cost management.
• Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems and MS Excel.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in international/project environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other external stakeholders.
• Monitor receivables, payables, working capital, and cash flow.
• Review project costing, revenue recognition, and financial performance.
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of management reports.
• Support management in financial analysis and business decision-making.
• Lead and guide the finance/accounting team.
