Preference is given to candidates with 1+ year handling US/UK customers and strong English communication. OT allowances may apply, and weekend shifts could occur during peak periods.

Job Description & Requirements

What we are looking for:

• Experience:
• Mandatory: Prior experience in International BPO/Calling is a must.
• Preferred: Minimum 1 year of experience handling US or UK customers.

• Experience as an A.R (Accounts Receivable) Caller.
• Knowledge of US Insurance Eligibility & Benefit Verification.
