We're hiring Customer Support Executives and Sales Executives for multiple Domestic and International Voice Process opportunities with leading BPO in Mumbai.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle customer queries, requests and complaints through inbound and outbound calls.
• Provide professional and effective customer service.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Handle customer account, product and service-related queries.
• Identify customer needs and support cross-selling or upselling wherever applicable.
• Maintain accurate call and customer records.
• Follow company policies, quality standards and process guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Work effectively in a target-driven and fast-paced BPO environment.

ELIGIBILITY

• HSC / 12th Pass or Graduate candidates can apply.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience can apply.
• Experience in BPO, Customer Service, Voice Process, Inbound or Outbound, Sales or International Voice Process will be an advantage.

SHIFT AND WORK SCHEDULE

• Day, rotational, US and 24x7 shifts depending on the process.
• Weekly offs may be fixed or rotational depending on the process.
• Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational or night shifts wherever applicable.

SALARY

INR 18,000 - INR 42,000+ per month, depending on experience, qualification, last drawn salary and process.
