Job summary

Pagaar India is hiring an experienced Technical Support Executive to join its International BPO Printer & Antivirus Troubleshooting process in Noida. You will diagnose and resolve issues for international customers, primarily over phone and remote desktop tools, during US night shifts.

The role requires 5–10 years of experience in technical support, solid English communication, and hands-on printer and antivirus troubleshooting expertise.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience in International Technical Support or Technical BPO.
• Hands-on experience with Printer Troubleshooting and Antivirus Support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and networking fundamentals.
• Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
• Experience using remote desktop support tools.
• Available for US Night Shift and immediate joining.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound technical support calls from international customers.
• Diagnose and resolve printer installation, configuration, connectivity, and driver-related issues.
• Troubleshoot antivirus installation, activation, renewal, update, scanning, malware, ransomware, and virus removal issues.
• Provide remote technical support using remote desktop applications.
• Resolve Windows operating system, networking, email configuration, and software-related issues.
• Escalate complex technical issues when required and maintain accurate case documentation.
