Pagaar India is hiring a Technical Support Executive for an International BPO printer and antivirus troubleshooting process in Noida. The role supports US customers during night shifts, diagnosing printers, antivirus issues, Windows OS and network problems, with remote desktop tools and strong communication.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in international tech support, excellent English, and hands-on printer/antivirus expertise.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in International Technical Support or Technical BPO.
• Hands-on experience with Printer Troubleshooting and Antivirus Support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and networking fundamentals.
• Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
• Experience using remote desktop support tools.
• Comfortable working in US Night Shift and immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound technical support calls from international customers.
• Diagnose and resolve printer installation, configuration, connectivity, and driver issues.
• Troubleshoot antivirus installation, activation, renewal, updates, and malware removal.
• Provide remote technical support using remote desktop applications.
• Resolve Windows OS, networking, email configuration, and software issues.
• Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting and escalate when needed.
• Maintain accurate case documentation in CRM or ticketing systems.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Deliver excellent customer support with professional communication.
