Appsierra Group is seeking an Internal Recruiter to lead end-to-end talent acquisition across the organization. You will partner with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and design targeted sourcing strategies while managing the full recruitment lifecycle with a data-driven approach.

The role requires 2–6 years in talent acquisition, strong sourcing and interviewing skills, and a solid understanding of ATS practices.

Formación

• 2–6 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in an internal recruiter role.
• Proven expertise in sourcing high-quality candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other tools.
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and ATS best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze recruitment data and drive process improvements.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

About the role
