Responsabilidades

• Deliver trainings on product, process & sales for dealership sales consultants.
• Assist dealership sales consultants at various stages of the sales cycle.
• Conduct on-the-job training (OJTs) for the sales consultants when required.

Job Description

• Deliver Trainings on product, process & sales for Dealership Sales Consultants at multiple dealerships.
• Handhold DSCs at various stages of sales cycle.
• Conduct OJTs for DSCs, if need be.

Qualifications

• Good communications skills
• Knowhow of auto sector & how dealership sales work
• Previous experience of delivering trainings at dealerships for other OEMs
• Understand auto jargons & complexity of auto sector
• Must know English & local regional language
• MBA with engineering background preferred
• Training experience of 2-5 years
