Calderys is seeking a seasoned internal communications professional to develop and execute global internal communications and change management strategies. You will create newsletters, intranet content, leadership communications, and employee engagement campaigns while supporting transformation initiatives and internal events.

You will collaborate with global stakeholders and senior leaders, manage content creation and publishing, and ensure messaging aligns with Calderys' objectives and values

Qualifications

• 5+ years in internal communications, corporate communications, or employee engagement.
• Excellent English writing and storytelling skills.
• Experience in change management and organizational transformation.
• Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Excellent planning, organization, and attention to detail.
• Proficient in SharePoint, Viva Engage, Microsoft 365, and CMS platforms.

• Excellent planning, organization, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in SharePoint, Viva Engage, Microsoft 365, and CMS platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
