Star Health Insurance is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to lead planning, development, and delivery of clear, timely internal communications across the organization.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, HR, and cross-functional teams to translate priorities into engaging content across email, intranet, town halls, and newsletters, strengthening employee awareness, alignment, and culture.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, HR or related field (postgraduate preferred).
• 5-8 years of internal communications, corporate communications or HR comms experience.
• Proven experience developing and executing comms plans across multiple internal channels.
• Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and ability to simplify complex information.
• Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with digital tools, intranets, collaboration platforms, and analytics dashboards.

Role Summary

The Internal Communications Manager will lead the planning, development, and delivery of clear, timely, and engaging communication across the organization. This role is responsible for strengthening employee awareness, alignment, and engagement by translating business priorities, leadership messages, culture initiatives, and organizational updates into communications that employees understand and act on.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an internal communications strategy aligned with business goals, culture priorities, and employee engagement objectives.
• Create and manage communication plans for leadership announcements, organizational changes, policy updates, campaigns, events, and employee initiatives.
• Write, edit, and publish content for internal channels such as emailers, newsletters, intranet, collaboration platforms, leadership notes, town halls, FAQs, and presentations.
• Partner with senior leaders, HR, business teams, and functional stakeholders to craft clear, consistent, and audience-specific messaging.
• Ensure internal messaging is consistent with the organization’s brand voice, values, external positioning, and employee experience goals.
• Manage communication calendars, content workflows, approvals, and distribution schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Gather employee feedback, monitor communication effectiveness, and use insights to improve message clarity, channel performance, and engagement.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is preferred.
• 5-8 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, employee engagement, HR communications, or related roles.
• Proven experience developing and executing communication plans, campaigns, and content across multiple internal channels.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
• Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with digital communication tools, intranet platforms, collaboration tools, presentation software, and basic analytics dashboards.
