Job summary

Contactx Resource Management in Mumbai seeks an experienced risk advisory professional to lead internal controls and enterprise risk management engagements. You will guide Associates and Managers, oversee field work planning, and manage time and costs on project codes to deliver risk insights for clients.

You will review operational, financial, and technology processes to identify risks, control gaps, and overall process effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Experience in risk based internal audits, Sarbanes Oxley (SOX)
• Preparation of risk and control matrices
• Planning for field work
• Day to day guidance to Associates/Consultants/AM/Managers in the team
• Management of time and cost on the project code
• Review operational, financial, and technology processes for risks and control gaps

Responsibilities

• Review business processes to assess risks and control effectiveness
• Provide guidance to team members and assist in client delivery
• Travel to client sites up to 30-50% as required
• Ensure timely billing and collections from clients
• Support seniors in business development, including proposals and budgets
• Adherence to quality procedures and release of deliverables to clients
• Provide periodic technical trainings to the team

• The candidate will have to review operational, financial, and technology processes to provide management with an assessment of business risks, internal control gaps, and the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the process.
• The candidate may be required to travel outstation for approximately 30-50%.
• Candidate should be willing to work extended hours based on the requirements of assignment
• Candidate would be working in a client facing environment

• Support seniors and independently work on business development initiatives including preparations of proposals and budgets.
• Adherence to the laid down quality procedures and ensure the quality of deliverables being released to the client.
