Job summary

Contactx Resource Management is seeking a risk and internal controls consultant to support internal financial controls reviews, SOX compliance, and risk assessments. The role involves guiding junior team members, planning field work, and reviewing processes for control gaps.

Travel up to 50% may be required, with emphasis on delivering high-quality client engagements, supporting proposals, budgeting, and ensuring timely billing and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Experience in risk-based internal audits and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
• Ability to prepare risk and control matrices.

• Internal Financial Controls, Enterprise Risk Management, etc. covering following
• Candidate should have experience in risk based internal audits, Sarbanes Oxley,
• Preparing risk and control matrices.
• Planning for field work.
• Day to day guidance to Associates/Consultants/AM/Managers working in the team
• Management of time and cost on the project code
• The candidate will have to review operational, financial, and technology processes to provide management with an assessment of business risks, internal control gaps, and the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the process.
• The candidate may be required to travel outstation for approximately 30-50%.
• Candidate should be willing to work extended hours based on the requirements of assignment
• Candidate would be working in a client facing environment
• Timely billing and collections from the clients
• Support seniors and independently work on business development initiatives including preparations of proposals and budgets.
• Adherence to the laid down quality procedures and ensure the quality of deliverables being released to the client.
