Job summary

Gamlaa in Gurugram is seeking a conscientious horticulture assistant to maintain indoor plants across multiple sites and coordinate with clients to ensure high-quality service.

You will water, prune, monitor health, manage inventory, and share reports with clients, while guiding on-site staff and ensuring landscaping is clean, healthy, and presentable.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in horticulture, agriculture, or botany.
• 0–1 year indoor landscaping or horticulture experience.
• Strong plant knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and client-handling abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and guide on-site staff.

Responsibilities
