Job summary

Gamlaa is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee operations across a cluster of 80–90 sites, ensuring service quality and timely execution. The role involves managing client relationships, supervising on-ground teams, and monitoring costs including plant replacements.

The candidate will lead 2–3 Executives and 15–20 field staff, conduct site visits, and drive operational efficiencies while ensuring SOPs and safety standards are followed. This position is based in Mumbai, India.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for a cluster of 80–90 sites ensuring service quality and timely execution
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; act as the primary point of contact for operational matters
• Supervise and lead a team of 2–3 Executives and 15–20 field staff/labour
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure proper maintenance, service standards, and issue resolution
• Monitor plant health and ensure timely replacement with cost control measures
• Track and manage replacement costing and operational expenses
• Coordinate closely with clients, internal teams, and vendors for smooth execution
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs, safety standards, and reporting systems
• Identify areas for improvement and implement operational efficiencies
