Job summary

Trisara Solutions Pune is seeking a horticulture professional to lead plant health assessments across client sites, advising on care and landscape improvements.

The role covers inspections, IPM program development, irrigation and nutrition planning, and coordination with maintenance teams to ensure healthy landscapes. Fresh graduates with 0–3 years of experience are welcome and will receive on-site training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Horticulture.
• 0–3 years of experience in horticulture or landscape maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of ornamental plants, irrigation systems, fertilizers, and IPM.
• Ability to diagnose plant health issues and propose practical solutions.
• Good communication, reporting, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office for maintaining reports and records.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of indoor and outdoor plants to assess health and growth.
• Identify diseases, pests, nutrient deficiencies, and environmental stress; suggest corrective actions.
• Develop and implement plant nutrition, irrigation, and IPM programs.
• Plan seasonal planting, transplantation, pruning, and plant replacement.
• Provide technical guidance on plant selection and landscape maintenance.
• Ensure optimal growth conditions through soil, fertilizer, and water management.
• Maintain records of plant health, treatments, inspections, and maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams and vendors for timely horticultural operations.
• Support clients with technical advice on plant care and landscape management.

Preferred candidate profile
