Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Retail Marketing Intern to support the planning and execution of BTL and ATL initiatives across Helios and Titan World stores. This role offers hands-on exposure to retail marketing, from ideation to on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Activation Planning & Ideation
• Support in conceptualising in-store activations and thematic campaigns for upcoming months
• Assist in building forward-looking monthly and quarterly plans
• Campaign Calendar Management
• Help create and maintain a structured quarterly marketing calendar (BTL & ATL)
• Track timelines and ensure alignment with execution schedules
• Vendor & Agency Coordination
• Identify and shortlist vendors/agencies for campaign execution
• Coordinate for briefings, follow-ups, and timely delivery of requirements
• Cross-functional Collaboration
• Engage with Regional Teams, ABMs, and Store Teams to gather inputs prior to execution
• Ensure clarity and alignment on activation requirements
• Execution & Follow-ups
• Support the rollout of campaigns and in-store activations
• Follow up post-activation for feedback and basic performance tracking
