Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services in Mumbai seeks a Senior Interior Designer to lead residential and kitchen projects from concept to completion. This full-time, on-site role is based in South Mumbai and requires a Diploma or degree in interior design and proven experience in residential spaces.

You will develop concepts, prepare layouts and drawings, select materials, and coordinate with architects, vendors, and contractors to ensure accurate execution and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential and modular kitchen interior design projects from concept to completion.

• Select suitable materials, finishes, furniture, and other design elements as per project requirements.

• Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand requirements and present design concepts.
• Manage design revisions and incorporate client feedback effectively.
• Prepare and present project quotations and design proposals.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design specs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related Design discipline is mandatory.
• Proven experience in residential and kitchen interior design projects.
• Strong knowledge of space planning, layout planning, construction drawings, and material selection.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, architects, designers, vendors, and contractors.
• Strong project coordination and site execution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Candidates should be willing to work full-time from the office/site in South Mumbai.
