Job summary

Livspace in India is seeking an Operations Lead to own end-to-end project execution for interior fit-outs, focusing on quality and timelines.

You will act as the primary client contact, provide regular updates, drive stakeholder alignment, and coordinate with agencies to ensure timely resource allocation.

The role requires a Civil/Architecture background, 2+ years in interiors, and proficiency with AutoCAD and MS Office, with MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• B.Tech in Civil / Architecture, MBA preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in interior fit-out (residential/corporate).
• Strong understanding of project management fundamentals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel/Google Sheets, MS Word.

Responsibilities

• Own complete project execution from start to finish.
• Engage with clients and provide regular updates (planned / ongoing / upcoming activities).
• Coordinate with manpower agencies to ensure timely resource allocation.
• Prepare and share Weekly Progress Reports (WPRs).
• Lead and guide installation teams to execute work as per design plans.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality execution and customer experience.
• Hire, mentor, and build a high-performing operations team.
• Ensure strict adherence to processes, SOPs, and quality standards.
