Job summary

alt.f coworking in Gurugram, Haryana is seeking an Interior Design/ CAD specialist to draft coworking spaces and offices over 15,000 sq ft. The role requires proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and AutoCAD 2D, plus a degree in Interior Design or Architecture.

You will create test layout drawings, render high-quality visuals, and maintain a library of 3D assets, textures, and drawings in line with product guidelines.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in 3D visualization software including 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, SketchUp, Lumion, and Photoshop.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with AutoCAD 2D.
• Proven experience drafting corporate and office space layouts, including coworking spaces, for areas exceeding 15,000 sq. ft.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare test layout drawings for potential coworking sites.
• Design and draft office areas, meeting rooms, cafés, corridors, etc., per product guidelines.
• Optimize layouts to maximize space utilization while maintaining functionality and aesthetics.
• Create high-quality 3D models and renderings based on drawings and briefs.
• Maintain and update a library of 3D assets, materials, and textures.
• Create detailed floor plans, elevations, sectional drawings, and 3D renderings.
