Job summary

Boxoffice in Baner, Pune is seeking an experienced Interior Designer / Architect with 3–4 years of experience in commercial space design to lead projects from concept to completion. You will create 2D drawings and 3D renderings, coordinate with clients and vendors, supervise juniors, and ensure brand-aligned, functional spaces that reflect clients’ identity.

The role requires strong design sense, proficiency with AutoCAD/SketchUp/Revit, and a collaborative, detail-oriented approach to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design from a recognized institution.
• 3–4 years of professional experience in commercial interior design or architectural projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and 3ds Max / Lumion / V-Ray.
• Strong understanding of space utilization, ergonomics, lighting design, materials, and finishes used in commercial interiors.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

• Develop and execute conceptual designs, space planning, layouts, and working drawings for commercial interiors.
• Lead design presentations and collaborate with clients to understand requirements, budget, and brand guidelines.
• Prepare 2D drawings, 3D renderings, mood boards, and material palettes for approvals.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution and adherence to design intent.

• Research and implement modern design trends, innovative materials, and sustainable solutions suitable for commercial environments.
