Job summary

Homelane is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to translate client requirements into functional and aesthetic living spaces in residential projects. You will produce sketches, floor plans, and concept boards using AutoCAD and SketchUp, while managing client communications and project progress.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of residential experience, is proficient in modular interiors, and holds a Diploma or B.Arch/Architecture degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in residential projects.
• Modular interior experience is must.
• Registered Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Experience in handling clients and projects independently.
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Google Sketch-up.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
