Job summary

HYRMUS in Pune's Viman Nagar seeks an Interior Designer to blend luxury interiors with smart-home technology on premium residential projects. You will produce ELV AutoCAD drawings, interior layouts and technical drawings, coordinating decorative lighting and AV layouts.

You will interact directly with premium clients, present concepts, manage revisions, and coordinate with architects, MEP, lighting, automation teams and vendors to ensure seamless integration of technology with interior design on

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Interior Design.
• Residential interior projects experience preferred.
• Premium/luxury project experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Create ELV AutoCAD drawings, interior layouts and technical drawings.
• Prepare and coordinate decorative lighting plans.
• Work on home-theatre and smart-home automation layouts.
• Develop premium interior design concepts based on client requirements and lifestyle.
• Interact directly with premium clients and understand their design requirements.
• Present design concepts and make revisions based on client feedback.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, interior designers, lighting teams, automation teams and vendors.
• Coordinate selection of finishes, lighting, speakers, keypads, automation interfaces and other design elements.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with execution teams.
• Support project timelines, budgeting, procurement and overall project coordination.
• Ensure that technology and automation are properly integrated with the interior design.

About the Opportunity

HYRMUS is hiring an Interior Designer for a premium smart-home and luxury residential design company in Viman Nagar, Pune.

This is not a traditional interior-design role. You will work on the combination of luxury interiors, decorative lighting, smart-home automation, AV, security and technology to create premium living spaces.

The role is suitable for someone who enjoys both creative design and technical coordination and wants to work on high-end residential projects with premium clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Create ELV AutoCAD drawings, interior layouts and technical drawings.

• Work on home-theatre and smart-home automation layouts.
• Develop premium interior design concepts based on client requirements and lifestyle.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Interior Design.
• Experience in residential interior projects is preferred.
• Premium/luxury project experience will be an advantage.
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of other interior-design software such as SketchUp, 2d Designing, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, etc. is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of lighting design and technical coordination.
• Good understanding of materials, finishes and interior execution.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good client-handling and coordination abilities.
• Comfortable with site visits and project execution.
• Own two-wheeler is mandatory.
