Qualifications

• Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional, aesthetic, and client-specific designs.
• Experience in Architecture and preparing detailed Construction Drawings.
• Knowledge and expertise in FF&E selection and specification.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with clients and teams.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field is preferred.
• Residential or commercial interior design experience is a plus.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Designer, located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Interior Designer will be responsible for envisioning and executing design concepts, space planning, and preparing detailed construction drawings. Duties include collaboration with clients to meet their needs, selecting and specifying FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment), and aligning projects with architectural and functional standards. The role requires proactive coordination with teams to ensure timely and high-quality completion of projects.
