Job summary

Rambhadeep Designs invites an experienced Interior Designer to join our on-site studio in Jodhpur. You will develop interior concepts, craft layouts, and manage space planning for diverse projects, coordinating finishes, materials, and FF&E to realize design intent.

You will create construction drawings, participate in client meetings, and prepare mood boards while supporting site visits to ensure quality and alignment with our standards of innovation and design excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong interior design skills with FF&E selection experience.
• Proficiency in space planning to optimize layouts for functionality, aesthetics, circulation, and user experience.
• Foundational understanding of Architecture and its integration with interior design concepts and building systems.
• Ability to produce accurate Construction Drawings and documentation for execution, coordination, and approvals.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit) and presentation tools.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Strong visual, conceptual, and creative thinking skills, with attention to detail and materiality.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team and interact with clients and contractors professionally.
• Prior experience in an interior or architectural design studio and familiarity with local codes and construction practices is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Work full time on-site at our studio in Jodhpur, collaborating with architects, project managers, and clients.
• Develop interior concepts, prepare layouts, and execute detailed space planning for residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
• Create construction drawings and select finishes and materials; coordinate FF&E.
• Ensure design intent is maintained during execution and monitor site quality during visits.

Role Description

The Interior Designer will work full time on-site at our studio in Jodhpur, collaborating closely with architects, project managers, and clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing interior concepts, preparing layouts, and executing detailed space planning for residential, commercial, and institutional projects. The role involves creating construction drawings, selecting finishes and materials, coordinating FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and ensuring design intent is maintained during execution.
