Role Description

The Interior Designer will be responsible for developing design concepts, space plans, and mood boards for residential and commercial projects in the Pune District. Day-to-day tasks include meeting clients to understand requirements, preparing drawings and 3D visuals, selecting materials and finishes, and coordinating with vendors and contractors for on-site execution. The role involves creating detailed construction drawings, managing FF&E selections, and ensuring designs align with project budgets, timelines, and quality standards. The Interior Designer will collaborate closely with the project coordination team to maintain clear communication and resolve design or site-related issues. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune District.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Interior Design and Space Planning to develop functional, aesthetically pleasing layouts.
• Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and Construction Drawings to produce accurate plans and details for execution.
• Candidates should possess skills in FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selection to curate cohesive material, furniture, and lighting packages.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and presentation tools (e.g., MS Office, Adobe Suite) is beneficial.
• Strong client communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines are expected.
• A diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, and prior experience in residential or commercial interiors, are preferred.
